About PodCamp

PodCamp was founded by Christopher S. Penn and Chris Brogan in June of 2006 when they started talking about creating a BarCamp for podcasting. The first PodCamp planning started in late July and by September, the first successful PodCamp occurred. PodCamp shares many of the values of BarCamp and is now serving as the backbone for staging well organized podcasting events throughout the world.
