Communities
There is a very fine line between a podcast directory and a podcast community and quite frankly even we get confused. For the consumer they are both great destinations to find podcasts. Though for the podcaster, there are some differences between the two.
A community requires the podcast owner to join by agreeing to various terms in return for specific benefits. Communities also tend to offer something tangible, such as advertising opportunities.
